We're growing and looking for a detail-oriented Grade Checker who brings precision, consistency, and a team-first mindset to the job site.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Strong understanding of grading and earthwork operations Skilled in reading grade stakes, plans, and elevations with precision Ability to interpret construction plans, cut/fill sheets, and site layouts Experience using grade checking tools (laser level, rover, tape, etc.) Communicates clearly with operators and supervisors to maintain grade accuracy Committed to safety, quality, and maintaining clean job sites Clean driving record required Experience with GPS-enabled equipment and grade control systems (a plus)
