- Ability to use manual deburring equipment, such as deburring brushes, wheels, blades and motorized hand tools
- Ability to visually inspect parts under the microscope while deburring
- Hands that are steady with good dexterity
- Proven mechanical aptitude
- Ability to meet deadlines, concentrate and strong attention to detail
High School Diploma or GED Deburring Technician Essential Duties:
- Perform manual and micro deburring of metal and plastic parts.
- Operate three stage ultra-sonic cleaner, to remove oil and loose particles from parts.
- Exercise care and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
