Full Job Description Hydroform Operator Location:

Phoenix, AZ Shift:

2 nd shift [3:15pm to 1:45am Monday thru Thursday w/OT opportunity Friday & Saturday] About Us Precise Metal Products is a leading aerospace manufacturer specializing in precision metal forming and machining. We are looking for an experienced Hydroform Operator to join our team and help produce high-quality aerospace components. Responsibilities Set up and operate hydroform machines (19", 20", 26", and 32"). Align and prepare workpieces; lubricate parts per work instructions. Monitor gauges and machine settings to ensure proper operation. Perform dimensional and visual inspections to meet customer requirements. Complete preventative maintenance per schedule. Maintain a clean and safe work area (5S standards). Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. 2-5 years of manufacturing/machine operation experience (hydroform preferred). Ability to solve problems using standard procedures. Proficient with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gages, comparators, etc.). Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a forklift.
