Manual Finisher

Phoenix based family owned business is seeking a skilled and reliable Manual Finisher to join our precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deburring and manually finishing complex machined components used in the semiconductor, defense, and aerospace industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Manually deburr, blend, and finish precision-machined metal parts Inspect and verify work to meet strict quality standards Work with various materials includingstainless steel, aluminum, and titanium Use hand tools, deburring tools, and pneumatic equipment Read and interpret part drawings and work instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
