Santa Ana, CA Job Description Grinder Operators Anaheim, CA $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE) 3-Week Project (Temp-to-Hire Opportunity) We are actively hiring skilled Grinder/Deburr Technicians for an immediate-start project supporting high-precision aerospace manufacturing. If you have experience and can hit the ground running, we want to hear from you NOW. What You' ll Do Review work orders and confirm prior operations are complete Select proper tools and equipment for each job Deburr, grind, polish, and finish precision metal components Operate manual and semi-automated grinding equipment Smooth edges and surfaces to tight tolerances Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Produce first-article parts for approval Troubleshoot and report any process or equipment issues What We' re Looking For High school diploma or GED 3+ years of aerospace or precision manufacturing experience Strong background in grinding, deburring, and finishing Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Skilled with hand tools, grinders, sanders, and pneumatic/electric tools Experience with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, radius gauges) High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Solid math and communication skills Why Apply?
