Deburr Technician

Deburr Technician Duties:

Perform precision deburring on machined components using hand tools, rotary tools, and air-powered tools Remove burrs and sharp edges from external surfaces, internal holes, and cross sections of machined parts Follow work instructions and blueprints to ensure parts meet required specifications and quality standards Perform finishing processes such as tumbling, degreasing, polishing, or sand blasting as needed Inspect completed parts using basic inspection tools and magnification equipment to verify quality and conformance

Monday•Friday, 2:00 p.m.•10:30 p.m.

Pay:

$21.64•$27.83/hr., plus $2/hour shift differential

Deburr Technician Requirements:

1-3+ years of experience deburring or finishing machined parts in a manufacturing or machine shop environment Experience using hand tools, rotary tools, air tools, or similar precision finishing equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints or work instructions High school diploma or equivalent required Must be a U.S. Person per ITAR regulations due to access to controlled data
