We are looking for a Deburring Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finishing and refining machined components to meet quality standards. Candidates with experience in machining, machining, assembly or quality control are highly encouraged to apply. Duties Perform precision deburring of small pin connectors using hand tools, files, and microscopes to meet tight tolerance requirements Inspect micro-sized connectors and components under magnification to ensure conformance to quality and customer specifications Identify, document, and report defects such as burrs, surface imperfections, or dimensional issues Handle delicate parts carefully to prevent damage while maintaining production and quality standards Follow work instructions, drawings, and quality procedures in a clean, controlled manufacturing environment Skills Experience deburring and inspecting small or micro-sized components preferred Tight tolerances experiences, GD&T is a must. 2 years of Deburring Experience Ability to use microscopes, magnification tools, and basic hand tools Strong attention to detail and ability to identify minor defects Able to follow written work instructions and quality procedures We offer: Long term and stable job $20 to $21 Temp to perm with benefits after probation period
