Mentoring Cleaning Manufacturing Full Job Description Job Summary:

Operates tools or machinery to smooth edges and remove burrs or unwanted pieces from manufactured parts or components.

Job Duties:

Reads and interprets blueprints or diagrams to understand dimensions and requirements of finished work Selects and sets up machinery or tools to be used in the deburring process, including mills, lathes, or grinders. Verifies completed products to ensure compliance with specifications. Cleans and maintains machinery as needed.

Experience and Education:

Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter. May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group. Typically requires a high school diploma and 2 or more years of experience.

Reports to:

Typically reports to a supervisor.

Physical Stamina Pay:
