This role is responsible for the safe and efficient application of coatings — including adhesives, sealers, and other finishing materials — to cabinet components and wood products. Duties Set up, start, and operate the automated flat-line coating machine Load cabinet parts and wood components onto the infeed conveyor Mix and prepare coating materials (adhesives, sealers, primers, or finishes) Monitor coating application throughout the production run, inspecting for coverage, consistency, and adhesion quality. Adjust machine parameters, including conveyor speed, spray pressure Replenish coating materials as needed; track and record material usage accurately. Perform daily equipment cleaning Carry out routine preventive maintenance tasks Inspect finished components for defects Document production data, material usage, and machine settings accurately Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience operating automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment. Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions in English. Basic math skills; ability to measure and mix materials accurately. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to coating materials and chemical agents. Regular exposure to wood dust, coating materials, adhesives, and solvents.
