๐Ÿ”ง Grinding Operator II - Direct Hire | Santa Ana, CA Ready to put your grinding skills to work with a growing fabrication team? We're actively hiring Grinding Operators (Level 2) for both 1st and 2nd Shift. If you have at least 3 years of grinding experience, can read blueprints, and take pride in producing high-quality finished parts, we want to hear from you! โœ… Direct Hire Opportunity ๐Ÿ’ฒ DOE ๐Ÿ“ Santa Ana, CA ๐Ÿ•’ 1st
Shift:
Mon-Fri, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM (1 Opening) ๐Ÿ•’ 2nd
Shift:
Mon-Fri, 1:00 PM-10:30 PM (6 Openings) Overtime and Saturdays available as needed.
What You'll Do:
Grind and finish steel and aluminum parts Read blueprints and work instructions Use calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools Perform quality inspections Support production and maintain a safe work area
Requirements:
3+ years of grinding experience Ability to read blueprints Experience with precision measuring tools Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) Able to pass background check and drug screen ๐Ÿ“ฉ Apply todayโ€”these are urgent, high-priority openings with immediate hiring needs!
