JOB TITLE

CNC Finisher/Deburr

JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for prepping manufactured parts to get ready to ship out, while offering support to meet the production schedule.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

At least 1 year of experience working with hand and power tools At least one year of experience operating a forklift Must be able to lift to/from floor up to 50 lbs.

CORE DUTIES

Responsible for inventory management and performing cycle counts as needed, maintaining organization of products, and tracking travelers Grinding and removing excess material (burrs) from surfaces during the post-production process Ensure the use and completion of travelers when processing product Adhere to the daily production schedule Perform tumbling, deburring, and sand blasting Polish and deburr metal parts as needed Package product as needed for shipment and/or further internal and external processing Inspect parts and report any cosmetic issues to the team lead Other duties as assigned HOURS 1st shift position Monday through Thursday, 4:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. Friday - overtime as needed

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
