Job Description
Armageddon Gear is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our Cutting Room team. The Cutting Room Operator is responsible for operating CNC cutting equipment used to cut fabrics, foam, and other materials used in the production of premium American-made shooting and hunting gear. No prior experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. Experience with CNC machines, manufacturing, sewing production, or material cutting is preferred but not necessary. Responsibilities Operate CNC cutting machinery safely and efficiently Load and unload fabrics, foam, and other materials Prepare materials for production Maintain an organized and clean work area Work alongside the production team to meet daily goals Follow safety procedures and company standards Qualifications Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Dependable and punctual Basic mechanical or computer knowledge is a plus CNC or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required What We Offer On-the-job training Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to work for a growing American manufacturing company Team-oriented environment Armageddon Gear proudly manufactures premium gear in the USA and is committed to producing products built to last.
