Position Summary:
The E&I Instrument Fitter will install, assemble, and support instrumentation systems used in industrial process environments. This role focuses on tubing, mounting, and installation of instruments in accordance with project specifications, P&IDs, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and mount instrumentation (pressure, level, flow, temperature devices) Run, bend, and install stainless steel tubing (impulse lines) Read and interpret P&IDs, loop drawings, and isometrics Install and connect control valves and associated instrumentation Perform basic calibration checks and loop verification Ensure installations meet code, spec, and safety requirements Work alongside electricians, pipefitters, and E&I techs
Qualifications:
2+ years experience as an Instrument Fitter (industrial preferred) Strong tubing experience Ability to read and work from P&IDs and instrumentation drawings Familiarity with field instruments and control systems Basic understanding of signal types (4-20mA, etc.) TWIC (if applicable) Reliable transportation & ability to work overtime

Ability to lift 50+ lbs Work at heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions Standing, bending, climbing for extended periods

Pay:
$30.00 - $32.00 per hour
