Staff Right is Looking for
Production Material Specialist/ Table Saw Operators Hours:
Monday-Friday 6 AM - 2:30 PM Overtime may be required based on production demands and workload. $16.00 $22.00 base on Experience
WEEKLY PAY
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Saw Operator and Table Operators to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in supporting production by accurately cutting materials, preparing case openings, and ensuring the door line remains supplied and operating efficiently.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and move materials as needed. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift 50-70 pounds on occasion.

Operate a table saw safely and efficiently. Read and accurately use a tape measure. Perform basic math calculations for measurements and material cuts. Read and interpret work orders, paperwork, and production documents to identify materials and required dimensions. Cut and prepare materials according to specifications. Keep pace with production demands and support the door line to prevent delays. Prepare case openings and related materials for customer orders. Maintain an organized and clean work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with other production-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Basic math skills required. Previous experience operating a table saw preferred. Ability to read and understand production paperwork. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
Training Provided:
The selected candidate will receive training on additional machinery and equipment designed to improve efficiency and support daily job responsibilities.
