We offer a range of services, covering everything from die-cutting and lamination to binding and hand finishing, with the ability to handle projects of any size or quantity. We are looking for a skilled Die Cutter Operator to join our growing team! We have openings on 1st and 2nd Shifts! Job Responsibilities Set-up and operation of the Bobst die cutter for both finished product and product to be further processed. Performs preventive and routine maintenance on all essential equipment. Loads press as necessary. Responsible for making the required quality assurance pulls and corrects all defects as needed. Files dies, job corrugates and job tickets upon the completion of a job. Makes all required job information entries on job jacket. Maintains a clean and safe workspace. Assists in other work areas as needed and directed. Required Skills/Abilities Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet quotas and deadlines. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times, and push/pull 2,000 pounds with a pallet jack. Essential Qualifications Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Must be available to work overtime and/or weekends as needed. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least one year of related experience required. General understanding of mechanics and tools required. Strong math skills. Working Conditions Work will be performed in our manufacturing warehouse which requires mobility within the production work area. Exposure to constant and intermittent sounds of machinery in a production environment. Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Compensation Compensation for this position will be based on the knowledge and experience of each candidate.
