Temp-to-Hire Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Grinder to support production operations on 2nd shift. This role involves grinding, finishing, and inspecting metal components to ensure they meet customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
Operate grinding and finishing equipment Deburr and polish metal components Perform quality inspections using measuring instruments Maintain production standards and quality requirements Follow all safety procedures and work instructions Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or grinding experience required Ability to read blueprints and specifications Experience using precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
