You will ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Job Duties :

Perform precision grinding operations including surface, OD, and ID grinding. Maintain tight tolerances up to ±0.0001 per specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T requirements. Perform first piece inspections and complete quality documentation. Use inspection tools including micrometers, gauges, and optical measuring equipment. Operate hand tools and precision measuring instruments. Perform basic preventive maintenance and follow 5S practices.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of machining or grinding experience. Ability to hold tight tolerances and read technical drawings. Experience with inspection and measuring equipment preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
