Shift Available:
1st Shift•5:00am Start 2nd Shift•3:00pm Sta rt Join a stable, growing manufacturing team as a Tool Room Machine Operator . This is a hands-on, skilled role supporting tooling, die repair, and precision machining. Both shifts are direct-hire with excellent long-term benefits Key Responsibilities Set up and operate a variety of tool room machines, including tracer lathes and mills. Perform skilled hand assembly work to support mold, die, and tool makers. Manufacture parts for intricate dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures, including fitting and aligning components. Work from prints, sketches, samples, demonstrations, and instructions to complete machining and assembly tasks. Assist with disassembly of dies and molds; make repairs, replacement parts, and reassemble components to proper fit and alignment. Identify and report equipment malfunctions, material issues, or unusual conditions. Complete required paperwork and maintain a clean, organized work area. Operate manual machine tools and, with limited supervision, set up and run CNC machines. Use precision measuring tools, gauges, machinist hand tools, and material-handling equipment. Support production needs by performing additional qualified tasks as needed. Follow all safety rules, procedures, and best practices. Ability to read and interpret detailed prints, sketches, and tooling instructions. Skilled with manual machining equipment; CNC setup/operation experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to safety and quality.
