We are seeking dependable individuals with machine operating experience to join our growing manufacturing team. This position offers the opportunity to work with precision-machined components in a clean, team-oriented environment where quality and attention to detail are valued. If you have experience operating machinery, using measuring tools, and working with metal parts, we'd like to speak with you. What You'll Do Perform finishing activities using grinding tools to sharpen edges, smooth surfaces, and improve part appearance Polish, buff, sand, and finish machined components Fine-tune finished parts using knives, cutting tools, hand sanders, and other manual equipment Clean, wash, tumble, and process machined parts as required Maintain accurate counts of production parts Operate grit and sand blasting equipment (training provided) Perform visual inspections of finished components Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards Read and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure product quality QualificationsRequired Minimum 1 year of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail Ability to load and unload parts into machinery Basic math skills and ability to accurately count parts Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to read, write, and understand English Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift Ability to regularly lift up to 15 pounds Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Preferred Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment Blueprint reading experience Experience in metal finishing, deburring, grinding, sanding, polishing, or secondary operations Manufacturing experience within medical device, aerospace, automotive, or precision machining industries Why Join Us?
