Aero is seeking new talent to join their state of the art manufacturing facility on the Southwest side of Indianapolis.

Tarp Marker /
Tarp Finisher Position Summary:
The tarp marker/finisher is responsible for measuring and marking lines on various styles of tarps. Must have intermediate to advanced tape measure ability. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and must be able to repeatedly twist, bend, kneel, climb, pull, reach, stretch, and feel. •NOTICE• In order to be considered for this position, candidates must be able to quickly identify measurements down to the 16th's on a tape measure. All candidates will be tested during interview.
Shift:
1st Shift (7AM to 3:30PM, with 30 minute lunch) , must have ability to work Saturdays as required.
Pay Rate:
Starting at $17.00/hour, with eligibility for merit increases at three, six, and 12 months.
Benefits:
Medical/dental/vision/life insurance available after 90 days of service. Employees are eligible for 401k with company match after 90 days, with quarterly enrollment.

Physical Requirements of Position:
Must be able to: Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Stand, walk, and sit, up to ten hours per day Twist, bend, crouch, kneel, or crawl Climb or balance Reach with hands and arms Use hands to touch, handle, or feel Talk or hear Aero has been in business since 1944, and is an family owned American company.
