What It Takes Previous experience working with large hydraulic shears a plus Must be able to read and understand work instructions Forklift license Works well with the crew, safety always first Daily Responsibilities Select input materials based on alloy identification Report any nonconformances Adhere to standards of quality and safety Cut material to desired lengths based on next process requirements Recognize and report any machine issues Maintain a clean and organized work area
