Job Description
Master Metal Engineering is one of the area's premier manufacturers of precision machined components and assemblies. Much of our business is focused in the medical and aerospace industries which require a high degree of accuracy and quality. We currently have an open second-shift precision grinding position. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of grinding machines such as external, internal, centerless, and surface grinders. The ideal candidate will be able to read blueprints to determine grinding dimensions and specifications. Must be able to perform basic inspection on parts using micrometers or other checking instruments and examine parts for acceptability of finish and appearance. Ability to follow written instructions and attention to detail is a must. Metal working manufacturing is a plus. High School diploma or GED required.
