Job Description

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Finishing Operator with our client in Warsaw, IN. As a Finishing Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality mirror and matte finishes on orthopedic implants, ensuring surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with all regulatory and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities:
Finish orthopedic implants by applying mirror and matte surface treatments Inspect finished products for surface quality and adherence to specifications Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Document work and quality checks accurately following SOPs Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required 1+ years of experience polishing orthopedic implants or precision metal components in a regulated medical device or production environment Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Familiarity with inspection tools and basic documentation practices Ability to work reliably on 2nd or 3rd shift, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Pay Details:
