Job Title:
Deburring Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Deburring Technician to join our team, focusing on deburring machined parts and assisting machinists in their tasks. Responsibilities + Deburr machined parts to ensure smooth finishes and precision. + Assist machinists in setting up and operating milling machines and CNC machines. + Measure, examine, or test completed units to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments such as micrometers and calipers. + Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines. + Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process to ensure optimal performance. Essential Skills + Experience in setting up machines, including milling machines and CNC machines. + At least 1 year of deburr experience. + Proficiency in using precision instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to work with precision and attention to detail. + Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00- $20.00/hr.
