  • The Die Cut Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining die cutting machines used to cut paperboard sheets into specified shapes and sizes for packaging products.
This role ensures high-quality output, minimal waste, and efficient production runs according to job specifications and production schedules. As a Die Cut Operator you will work independently and keep product moving through our state-of-the-art machinery. Business is steadily growing as we run product for the pharmaceutical, bourbon, cigar, and auto parts markets. Pay is based on experience. You will receive pay increases as skills increase. Essential Key Job Responsibilities Make certain the work area and methods used are always safe and reasonably free from risk of health problems and injury. Setting up the machine and running product with high quality. Comply with all company rules, regulations, and safety requirements. Other duties as assigned by management.
