Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Wire EDM Operator to join our precision machining team. This role is essential for producing high-tolerance components using electrical discharge machining (EDM) technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate Fanuc Wire EDM machines to meet exacting specifications Interpret blueprints, CAD files, and technical drawings Monitor cutting parameters and adjust for optimal performance Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
Experience with Wire EDM equipment preferred Strong understanding of machining principles and tolerances Ability to read and interpret technical documentation Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control processes Minimum 5 years of experience
