Full Job Description NOTES First Shift:
M-F 6:50-3:20PM ITAR restricted location
First Shift:
M-F 6:50-3:20PM ITAR restricted location Title = Machine Operator | Role = not operating machinery - extensive training before you would operate a machine (unless you have prior metal cutting machine operating experience which is not required) Ideal candidate has experience with calipers and micrometers. Measuring assessment is part of the interview process, candidates with limited experience but show an aptitude will be considered. Future advancement opportunities in CNC machining
Part Preparation:
To include but not limited to, deburr, polish, lap, and cleaning of parts.
Parts inspection:
Conduct visual and basic physical checks on finished metal parts to spot scratches, burrs, or defects.
Basic Measurement:
Use basic measuring tools (like calipers and micrometers) Visual Inspections of parts: Checks finished products for basic surface defects.
Workstation Upkeep:
cleans and organizes the immediate work area.
Production Logging:
Records daily outputs count on paper or computer.
Trainable Associates:
Looking for individuals eager to learn manufacturing skills.
Entry Level Opportunity:
No prior heavy machining experience required.
Mechanical Aptitude:
Possesses a natural comfort working with tools.
Fast-Paced Environment:
Thrives in a busy, active manufacturing environment.
Safety & Physical Requirements:
Safety-First Attitude:
Follows all safety rules without shortcuts.
PPE Compliance:
