Work Schedule:
Mon to Fri / 1st
Shift:
7 am to 3:30 pm
  • Pay rate: 19.50$ per hour
Contract:
W2 under staffing supplier; with a 6-month duration (possible extension) Job Summary An entry-level, team-oriented Machine Operator responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining manual or computerized machinery and hand tools. This role ensures smooth production flow while strictly adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
Key Responsibilities Machine Operation:
Set up, run, visually inspect, and maintain production equipment.
Material Handling:
Move parts and materials using hand tools, power lift trucks, and forklifts.
Technical & Troubleshooting:
Read blueprints/route sheets, apply basic shop math, and help solve production or technological issues.
Compliance & Leadership:
Follow complex instructions and safety policies, maintain high organization, and train new operators.
Requirements & Preferred Skills Experience:
HS Diploma/GED, forklift certification, and 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, machining, or construction.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Skills:
