The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining powder coating equipment, ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of products. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
  • Experience with powder coat systems is preferred.
  • Ability to read/understand instructions to determine requirements.
  • You must possess a motivated, punctual, and team player attitude as well as a willingness to learn the powder coat processes.
  • Ability to use pneumatic tools for powder coat prep and metal finishing as needed.
  • Must be able to lift at least 55 lbs.
  • Mandatory that all duties are performed in conjunction with OSHA and MIOSHA requirements.
  • Effective communicator at all levels. Responsibilities
  • Inspect materials prior to powder coating and verify that all finished, painted products are an acceptable quality before moving to the next stage of operation.
  • Maintain a safe work environment; monitor and abide by all safety procedures and upkeep.
  • Review work for accuracy, neatness, and conformance to production guidelines and quality and safety standards.
  • Complete required paperwork and computer entries as required - ensure accuracy of all entries.
  • Bring new ideas and positive support to the current powder coat processes.

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
