Job Description
Job Summary Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Header Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to ensure efficient, high-quality production. Key Responsibilities Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications Operate heading machines, stamping presses, and related production equipment Set up and use tooling and precision measuring instruments Complete welding tasks as required Take accurate measurements using calipers and other gauges Apply basic math skills for measurements and production calculations Troubleshoot mechanical issues to maintain optimal equipment performance Utilize electrical discharge machining (EDM) techniques when needed Execute machining operations with a high level of precision Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Hands-on experience operating industrial machinery and tools Strong ability to use precision measuring equipment accurately Solid basic math skills for calculations and measurements Knowledge or experience with electrical discharge machining (EDM) is a plus
