Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Metal Tube Bend Operator to join our dynamic team in Marysville, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our metal tube bending operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for troubleshooting, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines and Power Benders for metal tube bending, ensuring optimal performance and quality. Perform machine setups for production runs, adhering to specifications and timelines. Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime. Utilize deburring techniques to ensure finished products meet quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute bending specifications. Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance. Hands-on deburring experience with metal components. Familiarity with CNC machine setup and changeover processes. Ability to perform machine setups for production runs with precision. Strong blueprint reading skills to interpret technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
