We are currently seeking Die Cut Operators to join our talented team. 2nd

3pm-11:30pm 3rd
Shift:
11pm - 6:30am Will need to train on 1st shift (6:30am-3pm) for 60-90 days. Responsibilities:
Pull die carts and correctly load die, counter and stock into machine. Performing Make-Ready (set-ups) procedures for correct cut to print and proper score. Run jobs at expected rate. Continuously check quality of die-cutter while running by pulling retains. Remove all material and dies after each job. Routine maintenance procedures such as cleaning and adjusting mechanical parts. Must be able to work as a team with other workers on your line and in the department. Must understand department goals and objectives, as well as participate in advancing them. You will need to train on 1st shift for 60-90 days. Experience and/or
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. MUST possess a minimum of 2-3 years working history in a position demonstrating mechanical experience, aptitude and competence working with hand tools. Stable working history Strong communication and teamwork skills. Strong analytical skills. An orientation toward process improvement.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay for this position will be weekly, based on experience, shift worked and machine assignment. This is a direct hire position offering full benefits to include; medical and prescription coverage, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term/long-term disability, a generous 401K plan and voluntary participation in our flexible spending program.
