Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Granite Shop Helper / Rob Saw and CNC Operator to join our fabrication team. This role involves assisting with stone processing, operating heavy equipment, and supporting the manufacturing of custom stone countertops. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with daily granite shop production and fabrication tasks Cross-train as a Saw Operator and assist with Robo SawJet operations Cross-train as a CNC Operator and assist with CNC machine production Support fabrication tasks such as polishing, edging, finishing, and material preparation Move, stage, clean, and prepare stone materials for production Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines Work as part of a team to meet production schedules and quality standards Perform other shop duties as assigned Qualifications Granite, stone, fabrication, machine operation, construction, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required Basic mechanical knowledge or experience with machining, fabrication, or manufacturing processes Strong attention to safety procedures and ability to work as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills related to stone fabrication and machinery operation Ability to work with heavy stone materials and perform physical labor Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable, punctual, and consistent attendance Ability to follow directions and work well with others Flexible schedule availability as hours may vary Attendance and reliability are extremely important for this position. We are looking for someone who is ready to work, willing to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in the stone industry.

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour
