To thrive, you should have: High school diploma or GED preferred with 2+ years of experience in die-cutting, folder-gluer operation, or print/manufacturing equipment Mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting, equipment setup, and basic math/measurement skills for production accuracy Forklift certification preferred and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English within a production environment Ability to meet physical job requirements, including standing for extended periods, lifting to 50 lbs., and repetitive bending/twisting Your duties as the Die Cutter / Folder & Gluer Operator will include: Operate and set up die-cutting and folder-gluer machines (including Moll Regal Folder/Gluer and similar equipment) with accuracy and efficiency based on job specifications Perform quality control inspections to ensure production meets specifications, reducing defects, waste, and downtime Troubleshoot mechanical and production issues, making adjustments and minor repairs to maintain workflow Complete preventative maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, part replacement) to ensure optimal equipment performance Collaborate with operations team members to improve productivity, maintain organization, and cross-train across equipment
