$18.00/hr. (Finishers) | Up to $20.00/hr. (Machine Operators) Higher rates available for candidates with Delta Mod Tech, Zund, or Preco experience!

certified and tobacco-free environment Duties of the precision equipment operator: Operate high-speed presses, rotary die cutters, and guillotine cutters Perform assembly, gluing, taping, and lamination finishing tasks Work with industrial rubber, plastics, and graphite (no metals) Inspect custom parts for medical, aerospace, and electronics industries Complete production paperwork and document quality data Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues Remove finished parts from material sheets (detabbing) and label products Requirements of the precision equipment operator: ITAR Verification required(U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) High school diploma or GED Mechanical aptitude with a desire for long-term growth (training provided) Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift Ability to read and interpret instructions and blueprints Comfortable working in a loud, custom job-shop environment

Prior experience in standard warehouse, CNC, or injection molding is typically not a direct fit for this specific technology.
