Job description Job Summary The Breakout Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of breakout equipment used to separate products from molds, packaging, or other materials during the production process. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Skills/Abilities Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of material properties and machining techniques. Ability to use air tools Strong commitment to safety and quality control. Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs with assist) and stand for extended periods. Knowledge of basic computer software for documentation. Key Responsibilities Follow instructions on job packet Remove skeleton from parts Inspect parts for quality and identify defects Check parts and verify material thickness and contours Deburr parts Stack and tag parts Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent.
