They would come in and learn how we operate and run machines, once both the employee and company are comfortable with knowledge proficiency we would start to train in on setting up. This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to take their machine operating to the next level. Hours would be 6:00-4:30 Mon-Thurs, overtime as needed. Base pay 20-23 DOQ. SHIGIYA, PALMARY CENTER GRINDERS AND CINCINATTI CENTERLESS GRINDER HIGHLY PREFERRED

Responsibilities Operate CNC center grinders/Centerless grinders while following instructions on a job traveler for different operations on various parts and jobs for the aerospace and defense industries. Interpret and understand drawings and schematics to produce the highest quality parts with incredibly tight tolerances up to ±.0001. Maintain equipment and work area to standard. Measure parts and make offsets to machine or parts as needed to achieve perfect parts. Complete necessary First Article Inspections and "In-Process" checks (recording measured dimensions as required). Communicate with management and quality control about issues/problems with parts or equipment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. 3 years' experience as a CNC Machine Operator. (this is a must to operate our CNCs)(HIGHLY
