Tool Crib Attendant / Set‑
Up Technician Location:
Blaine, MN Pay:
$22-25 based on experience Job Summary We're looking for a Tool Crib Attendant / Set‑Up Technician with previous machine operator experience. This role manages tooling inventory, supports machine set‑ups, and ensures production teams have the tools and equipment they need. Key Responsibilities Perform machine set‑ups (previous machine operator experience required) Issue, track, and organize tools and equipment Maintain accurate inventory and perform regular counts Inspect, maintain, and perform minor repairs on tools Order replacement tools, supplies, and special tooling Keep detailed records of tool usage and maintenance Ensure tools are stored and used safely Work with inspection to gather required gauges and equipment Keep the tool crib clean, organized, and hazard‑free Prepare tooling, sharpen tools, and ensure fixturing is ready for jobs Qualifications Machine operator experience Ability to read gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc. Strong organization and attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
