6:00 AM- 3:30 PM, Monday
Thursday Friday:
6:00 AM- 10:00 AM Benefits of the turret operator: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Long and short-term disability insurance 401(k) matching Profit sharing Paid vacations and holidays Tuition Reimbursement Climate-controlled shop with company-paid uniforms Comprehensive paid training and internal growth opportunities Company-hosted events and parties Duties of the turret operator: Set up and operate turret machines to punch sheet metal Perform mechanical troubleshooting and basic machine maintenance Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts meet specifications Use calipers and other precision tools to verify product quality Requirements of the turret operator: Minimum 1 year of experience running or setting up turrets 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, metal is a plus Proficiency in reading calipers and blueprints Strong math skills, including shop math (test required during interview) Ability to pass a national background check and a non-THC drug test
