Job Description
Pay Rate :
$19.63 with the ability to level up within the first 90 daysShift/Schedule:
Monday-Friday 6a-2p (paid breaks/lunch)Key Responsibilities:
Safely move skids of titanium sheet with mobile equipment, i.e. - forklift With the assistance of other team members, physically lift, move, and flip titanium sheets to properly align on the Shear machine to cut to customer specifications Visually inspect sheet surfaces for imperfections Utilize a micrometer and thickness gauge (vidigauge) to check the thickness of titanium sheets Cut titanium sheets to correct sizing based on detailed specifications Perform minor shear maintenance and periodic cleaning of shear equipment Complete setup of machines and monitor during operation for errorsBasic Qualifications:
Ability to navigate and perform basic computer operations Ability to read and comprehend written materials such as production orders, SOPs, safety instructions, etc. Possess basic knowledge of math, math equations, and the ability to properly utilize various measuring instruments Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks needed to properly handle materials Specific vision abilities required by this job include close/distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust visual focus Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
