Job Description

Tape Edge Operator Location:
Verona, MS Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Starting Pay:
$14.00/hour We are seeking a dependable and reliable Tape Edge Operator to join our mattress manufacturing team. Previous tape edge experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate who has prior bedding industry experience . Please note that bedding experience is required. Responsibilities Operate tape edge sewing machines to join mattress tops, bottoms, and borders. Ensure finished mattresses meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain production goals and efficiency requirements. Follow company safety and quality procedures. Requirements Tape edge experience preferred. Bedding manufacturing experience required. Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Ability to meet daily production expectations. Dependable, reliable, and punctual. Training Candidates without tape edge experience may be considered if they have bedding industry experience and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly. Training will be provided, and employees are expected to catch on in a timely manner. If you are hardworking, dependable, and ready to be part of a production team, we encourage you to apply.
