We are looking for Hand Finishers!

Job Description:
As Hand Finisher your primary role will include, but will not be limited to, deburring and sanding finish-machined parts to ensure that they meet blue print specification before shipping to our customer.
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and works well with others.
  • Self-motivated and high attention to detail.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent).
Responsibilities:
  • Using pneumatic die grinders, remove any mismatch or rough finishes to meet tolerances.
  • Deburr all sharp edges using hand deburr tools and sand paper.
  • Clean and prepare parts for quality inspection.
  • Maintain all hand finish equipment and maintain cleanliness in the hand finish department.
  • Maintaining inventory of hand finish supplies. (Discs, cartridge rolls, sand paper, dust masks, etc.)
  • Work with QA, Shop Management, and Engineering to identify areas for improvement in the machining process. Why Should You Apply?
