Job Description
Newman Signs is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sheet Metal Operator to join our production team! If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in precision, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in manufacturing. What You'll Do Operate our AccurShear (AccurPress) shear to cut metal materials accurately and efficiently Read and understand job specs and cutting requirements Maintain quality standards and ensure clean, precise cuts Work closely with the production team to keep jobs flowing smoothly Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work with measurements Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures Why Work at Newman Signs?
