The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating various models of CAT and John Deere blades with or without GPS, understand blue tops, familiar with chasing scrapers and understanding their cuts and fills. An experienced finish blade operator will have a strong understanding of the commercial and residential site preparation process, be self-motivated, possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and be willing to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining safety and efficiency on each project.
