This role involves setting up and running progressive dies on presses ranging from 100 to 800+ tons . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow safety protocols while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate progressive die presses from 100 to 800+ tons Set up and adjust machines for different jobs Read blueprints and use measurement tools like micrometers and calipers Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace Lift and move equipment and materials as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience operating and setting up progressive dies in a metal stamping environment Familiarity with blueprint reading, micrometers, and calipers Strong math skills and mechanical knowledge Ability to lift at least 50 lbs . comfortably Excellent communication and teamwork skills
