You ll work four 10-hour shifts (Monday-Thursday). Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are yours to keep.

$23.00•$33.00/hr (depending on your experience) + a great shift premium.

You won't get bored here. You ll be setting up and operating everything from Blanchard and Centerless (CNC & conventional) to Surface Grinders and Honing machines.

Core Machinery & Skills:
Setup and operation across multiple grinding disciplines, specifically:
Determining wheel speeds and passes, managing grinding wheel care, and performing quality inspections using digital micrometers, indicators, profilometers, and comparators.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED, 3-5 years of industrial grinding experience, manual dexterity for large/small parts, and the ability to read blueprints and decimal/fraction conversions.
