Additional Information Employees are paid weekly Day shift is from 7:00am to 3:30pm Earn additional paid time off for perfect attendance Paid holidays, including two floating holidays No uniforms Job Summary The Press Operator is responsible for managing a manual stamping press used for manufacturing metal bakeware. He/She ensures production is being maintained safely, accurately, and quickly. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operates stamping press safely and accurately, meeting daily production goals. Follows company guidelines and procedures to meet manufacturing specifications. Alerts die setter and/or production supervisors of any manufacturing defects immediately. Works together as a team with other press operators to maintain production. Keeps work area clean and organized. Utilizes personal protective equipment at all times to ensure safety. Is reliable and punctual in reporting for work as scheduled. Performs other duties as assigned.
