Deburring Technician•Mentor, OH Job Summary:
Climax Metals (a division of RBC Bearings) is currently looking for a Deburring Technician. The ideal candidate would have a strong work ethic, communicate effectively with team members, and be capable of operating finishing equipment and tools to produce high-quality deburred products in a safe and organized manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:
Operate vibratory finishing machinery and equipment. Observe machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunction. Measure product dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation. Remove burrs, sharp edges, rust, or scale from products. Perform minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines or products. Operate any equipment needed to perform job. Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements. Perform related duties as assigned by supervision.Job Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or related manufacturing experience or training. Ability to read prints Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to frequently lift/push/pull objects that are 85 pounds or heavier We offer competitive compensation and excellent benefits including Medical, Dental, and company matched 401k plan.
