Feederbar Machine Operators (metal saw cutting experience)
  • 2nd shift Mentor, OH 44060 $25 an hour

  • Temporary, Contract Machine Operators (Feeder-bar) 3rd Shift

Responsibilities:
Must have Metal Cutting/Metal Drilling Experience Install the tooling for the setup The tooling is put in the proper place per the setup sheets Adjust machines as required to keep parts in tolerance Manual dexterity for machine adjustments Check pieces to the quality standards Tumble parts for burrs and eliminating chips Place the parts on a skid Manual dexterity for adjustments and loading of the machine.
Requirements:
Must be able to read and understand blueprints Must be able to use and understand measuring devices and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, pitch micrometers, hardness tests and thread gages Must pass all ISO training within the first month Lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
