Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machine Shop operator/Machine Tool Finisher to join our manufacturing team. The position offers a Day shift schedule M-F 7:30am-4:00pm with the possibility of overtime on Saturday from 8-12pm or 7am-11am . In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machine tools and finishing equipment to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, Autobody experience, proficiency with mechanical setup, and experience in a manufacturing environment grinding and industrial painting & finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor a variety of machine Handle materials safely within the factory environment, including materials handling with forklifts when necessary. Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety standards and factory protocols. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, tooling adjustments, and fabrication processes to optimize productivity. grind, sand and finish products and prepare for painting. Qualifications Proven experience operating machine tools in a manufacturing or factory setting. clean criminal record schedule flexibility 1-2year experience in a tool shop or autobody repair setting Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints, basic math Experience with autobody repair is a plus Skilled in using precision grinders, sanding tools, overhead crane experience Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as industrial painting, finishing, grinding and materials handling. Familiarity with factory safety protocols and warehouse experience is preferred. Basic math skills tow motor experience Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting machine issues. Prior experience with working within an Auto Collison shop or manufacturing facility is advantageous. Compensation:

$16/hour plus $300-$1,000 profit sharing bonuses paid monthly after the 90-day probational period.
